A wide spectrum of cutting-edge topics met guests on the exhibition floor and in the congress rooms, bringing together more than 120 exhibitors and over 40 lectures from experts, companies, and organizations. With live demonstrations, expert presentations, and interactive panel discussions, attendees gained unparalleled insight into food safety, quality assurance, process optimization, and digital transformation. This event encapsulated the full spectrum of innovation, empowering food and beverage producers to meet increasing consumer demands for quality and availability while optimizing resources and safeguarding food safety through smart, connected, and automated solutions — from AI-driven robotics and operator platforms to precise measuring instruments and sensor systems.
Highlights on the exhibition floor
Among the standout innovations at the event was FLUIFILL®, the new fast batch dosing solution from Bronkhorst, a debut that captured significant attention from visitors seeking precision and efficiency. This advanced system uses high speed on/off valves, controlled by flowmeters, to achieve dosing times as fast as 20 milliseconds or less. Designed for applications such as dosing flavors into moving, filled bottles at line speeds of up to 63,000 bottles per hour, FLUIFILL® exemplifies how dosing technology using meters can meet the food and beverage industry’s high-volume production demands.

Another eye-catcher was the Cobot Experience, presented by The Cobot Community, where companies such as ABB Robotics, SMC Nederland, Crewtech, and Dormac Cobots demonstrated how collaborative robots are transforming production environments by working safely and effectively alongside human operators in food manufacturing settings.

A spotlight on digitalization and AI
The event also covered the growing importance of digital solutions in the food industry. Companies like Passionfruit engaged visitors with AI-driven tools to streamline food safety and quality processes, sparking insightful conversations about how artificial intelligence can alleviate daily operational burdens and improve compliance.
Machine vision for quality inspection was another hot topic, with companies like Baumer and EKB Group drawing attention to the role of vision systems in ensuring consistent product quality and operational efficiency. Their live demonstrations and presentations illustrated how smart technology can be integrated into existing production lines for immediate use.
A valuable platform for collaboration
The Food Tech Event 2025 successfully reaffirmed its role as a vital meeting place for professionals across the food value chain. The event fostered connections between startups, established manufacturers, technology providers, and educational institutions — all committed to shaping a smarter, more resilient food industry.
