Servomex provides the Laser 3 Plus series of analyzers, offering measurements of combustion gases, ammonia, and process oxygen in a light and compact design.
These tunable diode laser (TDL) cross-stack analyzers are designed to endure hot and hazardous conditions and feature a robust design. Servomex’s line-lock technology enhances reliability, allowing continuous monitoring without constant recalibration.
There are three models in the range, each configured for optimum performance.
The Laser 3 Plus Combustion measures oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), or CO and methane (CH4) in in-situ cross-stack applications, delivering low detection limits, negligible zero drift, and minimal cross-interference.
The Laser 3 Plus Process version provides results for the measurement of O2 in process temperatures up to 500°C. It is optimized for measurements in hot or hazardous conditions.
The Laser 3 Plus Environmental measures ammonia (NH3) for monitoring ammonia slip during DeNOx processes. It is also EPA PS18 compliant for CEMS monitoring of NH3 as a precursor to harmful particulates.
The Laser 3 Plus’s compact design occupies a small footprint, allowing one engineer to easily fit it to ducts, stacks, and reactors. Line-lock cuvette technology ensures continuous, reliable measurement of the required gas in furnaces, process heaters, NOx reduction, and power generation.
This non-depleting measurement technology requires no sample conditioning system and ensures the Laser 3 Plus range can provide stable, repeatable results, with minimal installation and maintenance costs.
“Our Laser 3 Plus series inspires confidence in your gas measurements. Extensive development of these analyzers and the unique technology has led to faster and more accurate gas analysis in this light, compact design that’s easy to install and requires very little maintenance. It’s the ideal choice for gas analysis in a range of processes to help create a healthier, cleaner, and more productive world,” said Rhys Jenkins, IP&E Spectroscopic Product Manager.
